Demand Planning Manager (Ecommerce) – Fashion Label Worldwide Market

This is a Fashion Label with presence in Europe, US and Asia is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to head up the forecast, demand assumption.
It is a fashion label with market share all over the world and you will gain global exposure to the worldwide market, particularly in the e commerce realm.
You will:
- Formulate effective forecast models using: market trends, demand assumption and demand for all retail + etailers channels
- Evaluate and follow up on demand and supply status such as phase in/out,
- promotional, sales event items.
- Keep management updated on sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
- Be an internal expert on complex analysis and provide consultancy to other departments.
- Identify potential risks and provide suggestion and improvement plan
You are:
- Bachelor degree in Business, statistics, supply chain, accounting, engineering or others.
- At least 6 years of experience in supply / demand / logistics with strong analysis responsibilities.
- From FMCG, fashion, retail, beauty, etc.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office Powerpoint and Excel.
- Power BI and tableau is highly preferable
- Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must, Mandarin is a bonus

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a small team of Analysts to ensure delivery of insights and reports to the highest standards through effective coaching and development.
- Work collaboratively with sales & marketing team to collate and analyze information for presentation/provision to the management and leadership teams.

Our client, a global fashion label with strong presence in Europe and US, is seeking Sales Analyst to play an active role in the development of business strategy for the wholesales and particularly the e commerce channels.
You will provide analysis and support for the management decision process through the planning, assessment, and communication of activities, data and metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management team, you are to identify business opportunity and gap and provide insights and actionable solutioins.
- Consolidate the sell-out data and analyze sales performance
- Develop and prepare reports, analysis, business case to analyze sales and operational data, provide action-oriented insight to sales management and o support business decision
- Support the process of KPI setup and review
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and translate the date to graph or charts
Requirements:
- University degree holder with at least 5 of working experience in sales business.
- Consumer brand experience from fashion, cosmetics, consumer goods and similar industries
- Experience with working with management and providing insight and solutions.
- Regional / Global / Multi-markets experience
