Our client, a European Consumer Health Brand is seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager / Trade Marketing Officer to lead the Trade Marketing Function for the Hong Kong market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To develop trade marketing activities for all channels: Modern Trade and General Trade
  • To analyze sales data and indicate potential opportunities and develop marketing strategy
  • To develop promotion plan & programs, specifically for targeted customers
  • To provide space management presentation, and solution for volume gain and share objectives

Requirements:

  • University graduate.  Preference is given to business administration and statistics
  • At least 3 years of trade marketing / key account  / sales experience in FMCG
  • Strong experience in data analysis, planogram, Excel and communication skills
  • Excellent English and Chinese
  • Candidate who comes from Key Account experience and wishes to change job to Trade Marketing / Marketing is also considered

30K – 38K X 13mth + bonus

Advantage will be given to candidate with experience from technology brand, consumer electronics, consumer products, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • You will formulate an excellent partnership with the department heads to acquire understanding in business requirements in order to execute the best talent acquisition initiatives.
  • To identify the most suitable and efficient talent sourcing channels and partners.
  • Provide talent acquisition expertise to department heads in order to facilitate give insight.
  • Development in house data base for long term strategy
