Key Account Manager - Health Care Products

Hong Kong

Our client, a European Fast Moving Consumer Goods firm, is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join the Key Chain Team.

It offers multinational company environment and excellent on job training.  You will work closely with customers and decide to formulate promotion strategy, trade marketing plan and joint promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with Key Chains in Hong Kong, with the buyers particularly, to work out the best sales / trade promotion plan in order to maximize sales.
  • To develop strategies on promotion, trade marketing and join promotional activities with external partners
  • To monitor closely competitors’ activities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Have at least 5 years of Key Account Experience from a global brand, local brands or distributors.
  • Strong experience dealing with supermarket, convenient stores, Japanese stores and others
  • Have strong sales analytical skills.

Trade Marketing Manager – Consumer Goods

Hong Kong

Our client, a Global FMCG Firm, is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to be part of the Trade Marketing Team. 

As the marketing leader in personal care and household products, this company provides a stable environment with great prospect.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To develop trade marketing activities for key chains, and key chains only
  • To analyze sales data and indicate potential opportunities and develop marketing strategy
  • To develop promotion plan & programs, specifically for targeted customers
  • To provide space management presentation, and solution for gain volume and share objectives
  • To establish professional relationship with key accounts.

Requirements:

  • University graduate.  Preference is given to business administration and statistics
  • At least 4 years of trade marketing / key account / sales experience in FMCG
  • Strong experience in data analysis, planogram, Excel and communication skills
  • Excellent English and Chinese
  • Candidate who comes from Key Account experience and wishes to change job to Trade Marketing / Marketing is also considered

Sales Manager - Open Trade / General Trade

Hong Kong

Our client, a global infant formula / nutritional brand is inviting a Sales Manager to supervise major luck drug stores (藥房) and distributors:

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible to supervise a sales team
  • To manage business with major drug stores and distributors to work with all General Trade / Open Trade Accounts (local drug stores) for Hong Kong market.
  • To act as the leader and main client contact point, for monitoring sales performance including, sales target setting, sales achievement tracking & coaching joint call with the team.
  • To work closely with marketing team and communicate market information and develop the best sales strategy and trade marketing plan for general trade and open trade.
  • Formulate annual sales plan to achieve continuous improvement in sales operation
  • Responsible for sales taking, call visit & stock arrangement with warehouse for particular territories and accounts in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferred, but candidate with solid experience also considered.
  • At least 6 years of general trade / open trade experience, has strong experience working with general trade owners.  Able to identify decision makers and have strong relationship with them.

Senior Product Manager – A Global Consumer Brand

Hong Kong

Our client, a  Global Consumer Brand, is inviting a Senior Product Manager to lead and manage the marketing function of the brand for the Hong Kong market.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and to formulate and develop marketing initiatives. It includes ATL, BTL, product portfolio and such.

Responsibilities:

  • To report to the Head of Marketing, you will develop and provide direction and strategy for the brand in:
  • Marketing – Branding strategy, advertising strategy, public relation activities, Digital Marketing, CRM, etc.
  • To monitor and work with advertising agency, research house, and other Vendors
  • Manage New Product and Program Launches
  • Participate in marketing development and strategy development.
  • Guide Launch Unit Development
  • Analyze competitive pricing. Evaluate brand pricing annually and make recommendations.
  • Develop new programs that are both strategically and creatively compelling. Ensure timely offering and communication of programs.
  • Supports the Head of Marketing in 'side by side' development and evaluation.
  • Work with forecasting to measure forecasts against previous season and annual goals.
  • To drive this process through the Advertising Agency Team.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Marketing experience for a global cosmetics, personal care products for at least 7 years of FMCG experience in Hong Kong. 
  • Hands-on / management experience on ATL, BTL, PR and such.
  • Strong leadership, communication and willing to take challenge.
  • Advantage is given to marketing professionals from any food and beverage, skin care / persona care / beauty brand.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
