Regional Supply Chain Officer

Hong Kong

Our client, a US Medical Device with No. 1 Market Share in the aesthetic industry, is opening up a new Regional Team and is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Officer to join and head up the APAC Supply Chain Operation.

You will work with a Global No. 1 Medical Brand with focus on Aesthetic Industry and partner with customers in the region.


 

 

You will:

  • Monthly review of forecast with commercial and other stake holders.
  • Communicate significant variances between financial and commercial forecasts and collaborate to establish alignment.
  • Coordinate and host the regional monthly S&OP meeting
  • Execute the order to cash process from placing customer order to invoicing and billing.
  • Be the contact for customer delivery issues and able to assist on solving
  • Coordinate all import/export clearance, warehouse operation, and distribution activities with 3rd party logistics service provider.
  • Inventory management - manage warehouse 3PL on reconciling inventory discrepancies to ensure alignment between system.

You are:

  • University degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or a related area
  • Good command of English language skills, verbally and written.  Fluency in Korean is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain role in multinational companies.
  • Experience with SAP/JDA, Microsoft D365, BPCS, Excel etc.
  • Travel opportunities.

Assistant Brand Manager / Senior Marketing Executive- Global Nutritional Brand

Our client, a global Nutritional Brand, with strong market share targeting adult market, is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager or Senior Marketing Executive.  

 

As an Assistant Brand Manager you will be working with the Adult Care brands. This role is a great opportunity, providing lots of opportunity to grow and develop your marketing experience.

  • Provide support in implementing, communicating & evaluating the brand plans for the portfolio, you will also:
  • Lead and manage the communication development process with a digital first mind-set translating insight into a differentiated competitive positioning and manage agency relationships in this effort on key brands.
  • Take part in the event management process ensuring that key actions are taken and delivered on for key initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Monitoring market movements, social listening, trends and opportunities to feed directly into long term planning. Proactively share this with the marketing, supply chain and sales teams to understand brand performance in the current context.


You are:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, particularly major in marketing.  Other discipline is also welcome
  • At least 4 years of marketing from any FMCG Brands: Food & Beverage, Nutrition, OTC, personal care, etc.
  • Your already developed consumer led marketing experience will give you the experience you need to drive these great brands forward.
  • The ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Successfully delivered on KPIs in previous positions.
  • Passionate, tenacious, results focused and have exceptional communication skills.
  • You will already have great project management and analytical skills coupled with your highly organised, conscientious approach.

The delivery of New Ventures growth strategy and breakthrough innovation will be your primary responsibility. You will be in charge of developing- implementing and growing the new ventures pipeline with consumers.

You will:
  • Help to Implement & delivery of long-term marketing strategy and breakthrough innovation to accelerate growth.
  • Leveraging insights to address consumer pain-points and drive consumer-first solutions
  • Building our social media strategy with exposure of Heinz budget; defining operational budget and linked with business objectives.

You are:
  • Education: BSc/BA required
  • At least 2 year of digital marketing experience from any global consumer brand, particularly from nutritional, food & beverage, OTC, supplement, brands.

  • Desired in getting exposure in new business models and disruptive innovation
  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
